Terms of Service

These are instructions on how to apply for a commission slot. Please read the information carefully to make sure you’re aware of all TOS.
By commissioning you agree to all stated TOS.

General

You may not copy, edit, redistribute, or claim my artwork as your own under any circumstances.
AI training or generation using my illustrations is strictly prohibited.

Payment

All payments are handled over PayPal. Payments must be made within 48 hrs after an invoice had been received. Invoices will be sent latest 7 days before the commission work begins. Unless agreed otherwise, all payments are upfront only. Depending on the size of the commission, payment plans can be considered. 5% Paypal taxes are charged extra.

Commission Work

1. When filling the commission form please include references of your character and a brief idea of your concept.
2. Please provide a PayPal address and a Discord/E-Mail contact to make communication easier.
3. An invoice will be sent once all details of the commission are agreed and the estimated start date and completion time have been communicated.
4. Regular updates will be given as the work gets done.
5. Edits will only be accepted during sketching stage. It’s possible to request up to one revision during the sketching phase and one minor revision in the final stage of the commission. Major and extra edits will cost extra.
6. Work will be delivered in high quality via Google Drive.
7. For Live2D Model commissions, you will be able to test the model and request minor revisions.

Refund Policy

All orders are final, and refunds can only be requested if no work has begun on the project.

Do you have a waitlist?

There might be a wait list at any given moment.

I sent a commission request, what now?

I will respond to new requests within 3 days. When commissions are closed, it may take a couple days longer due to workload.

I would like to change things, how does it work?

Edits will only be accepted during sketching stage. It’s possible to request up to one revision during the sketching phase and one minor revision in the final stage of the commission. Major and extra edits will cost extra.

Do you offer a rush fee?

I currently don't offer a rush fee for Live2D models. A rush fee for illustrations can be discussed.

Can I do edits on the artwork myself?

Do not edit, trace, modify or alter the artwork in any way.

Can I use the artwork for commercial projects?

Commissions are not for commercial use (merch, resale etc.) unless a separate agreement for commercial use has been made. Inquire for further details.

Can I use the artwork on Social Media?

Yes! A commissioned illustration can be used as a profile picture, banner or panel on social media platforms, such as Twitch, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube etc. If you're unsure, feel free to message me. Credits are always appreciated!

Could you work on my commission off stream?

I reserve the right to stream the commission unless requested differently. Requiring me to work off stream will be subject to extra costs.

Anything else I need to know?

I reserve the right to use commissions as material for portfolios, showcases, price list examples, etc.
